Who the project is for
The project is for migrants and refugees from Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Kazakhstan and other countries living in the Podkarpackie region.
- Residents of Podkarpacie: Rzeszów, Przemyśl, Jarosław, Lubaczów and Bieszczady
- 64 people: 40 women and 24 men
- People in employment, jobseekers, and people with disabilities
Project goal
Social and professional integration of 64 third-country nationals living in the Podkarpackie region — through entering the local labour market, learning the Polish needed in everyday life, and greater independence in dealings with offices, employers and institutions.
What we offer participants
Comprehensive support tailored to individual needs — from Polish language classes to career counselling and psychological support.
Polish language course
75 hours of practical classes with a textbook, held in small groups matched to participants’ level.
Individual vocational training
60 hours of training tailored to your skills and career goals — with a certificate of completion.
Translator and assistant support
A translator and assistant are available by phone 8 hours a day — helping with communication with offices, employers and institutions.
Career counselling and job placement
Individual meetings with a career advisor and help finding a job on the local market.
Psychological and legal counselling
Free consultations with a psychologist and a lawyer, helping you find your footing in a new reality.
Travel cost reimbursement
For unemployed participants we provide reimbursement of travel costs to classes.
Training stipend
Unemployed participants receive a training stipend for the duration of the training.

Caseworker support
We encourage project participants to contact the assistant by phone or via the WhatsApp app.
Support can be provided in the participant’s native language and includes help tailored to your individual needs – as an in-person meeting at a chosen location or direct support on site. The assistant can help participants with communication, translation, administrative matters and contact with institutions, among other things.
As with the other forms of support provided under the project, participants who are not employed are entitled to reimbursement of travel costs. The travel cost reimbursement rules and the required attachments can be found below.
