  1. Digital Competencies Course

    Foundational digital skills: from using a computer to e-government services and safer internet use. The course is practical and workshop-based.

  2. Psychological support

    Support provided by Fundacja Q psychologists — addressing emotional difficulties, stress, and habits that support wellbeing. This offer is currently temporarily suspended.

    • Psychological first aid and consultations
    • Neuropsychological assessment (where indicated)
    • Crisis intervention and support groups
    • Supervision for staff in humanitarian organizations

  3. Soft skills workshops

    Developing personal skills for work, relationships, and resilience — including intercultural communication and everyday challenges.

    • Effective communication in intercultural contexts
    • Coping with difficulties and mental resilience
    • Problem-solving, conflict management, time management
    • Cognitive training plus mentoring and coaching elements

  4. Photography workshops: travel photography

    Four 60-minute sessions for beginners — exposure, composition, light, and working with people and architecture in the frame.

    • Camera types and exposure: shutter, aperture, ISO
    • Composition: rule of thirds, perspective, landscapes
    • Architecture and photographing people and cultures
    • Natural and artificial light, colour and mood

  5. Language courses

    Classes with certified teachers, matched to the group’s level — supporting communication, adaptation, and employability; online option available.

    Work on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram — profiles and content, promotion and reach analysis, plus privacy and safety.

    • Creating profiles and consistent visual identity

    • Post promotion, audiences, hashtags, and reach
    • Graphics tailored to each platform
    • Ethics, privacy, and safety on social networks

  7. Animation and play workshops for children
