Kuchnia z Sercem
Our speciality is sandwiches made with proziaki — traditional Subcarpathian flour flatbreads with soda, once called “proza”. We serve them hot. You will usually find us by DK9 in Nowa Dęba, and we also travel to festivals, picnics and other events.

Where to find us
We usually stand at the military training ground in Nowa Dęba. We stay mobile: the food truck can also serve festivals, picnics, harvest festivals, community events, outdoor gatherings and company meetings. Scope and terms for an event are agreed individually.

Cooking workshops
We run workshops where participants learn about proziaki and how to make them. The sessions combine cooking, tasting and a story about regional tradition.
