We run catering and develop an educational and expert offer. That is how we join delivering services with the Foundation’s mission.

At COP Strażnica we make a space for cooperation, training, and advice for non-governmental organizations and for people acting locally.

Kuchnia z Sercem
It is more than a food truck. Kuchnia z Sercem joins catering with the story of the Sandomierz Forest’s flavours: films, workshops, and food served at events. The food truck is the catering part of that wider story.
COP Strażnica
A place for organizations, groups, and residents who want to act locally. It joins a meeting space with practical support: education, consultations, and building cooperation.
Training and cooperation
We run and develop training on, among other things, project management, how social organizations work, local leadership, and digital skills and the use of AI. The scope of cooperation follows the needs of the group or institution.
Revenue is not an end in itself.
It should serve people and make our work last.
