About Us

Animator, trainer and mediator. A nature, photography and music enthusiast, and the creator of the Deptaj brand. He brings these areas together in his professional work, opening encounters with other people to reflection, wonder, understanding, acceptance and warmth. President of Fundacja Q and vice-president of the “Wsparcie” association in Nowa Dęba, which runs projects supporting young people, unemployed people and entrepreneurs, and cooperates with NGOs, labour-market institutions and local governments for the support and development of the local community.

He designed and led questing workshops for intergenerational groups and for schools, as an extra teaching and integration tool. Within the original programme “Bezmiar możliwości” in the municipality of Dobra near Limanowa, he developed a strategy for an agritourism accommodation base and an advertising campaign promoting those solutions. Creator of Muzeum Opowieści, set up in a former school in Rozalin to share culture that is “different” and not mainstream. He also collaborated on the creation of the EKO MUZeum at the confluence of the Vistula and the San, and on the community programme “Skarby Okolicy” for the promotion and preservation of cultural heritage. Creator of promotional campaigns including “Gmina Dobra i święty spokój” and “Nie ma siary jest Tarnobrzeg”.

Creator of the City NGO festival village at CieszFanów Festival, where youthful rebellion is turned into creative action. The village has already had its 10th edition; it is a place where NGOs present their work and organise time for festival-goers beyond the concerts.

He delivers Solidarity Corps projects that promote long-term volunteering, and he created ABC Wolontariusza. Co-initiator and organiser of the Facebook group Kultura w Kwarantannie — a place created to share culture during lockdown, when culture went underground. The group now brings together more than 100,000 members, both makers and audiences, professionals and enthusiasts, amateurs. Within Kultura w Kwarantannie it ran online concerts and festivals such as Gramy dla Białorusi and Chmury Kultury. He also runs the fan pages of Fundacja Q, City NGO, Wędrowiec Festiwal Wędrowania and Muzeum Opowieści, and the group Koncerty na Podkarpaciu.

Together with his wife Joasia he is raising three children and runs the ecological farm “Dobre Miejsce”. Author of the book “Inspiracje Miłości”, which distils his knowledge and experience of the process of forgiveness and is meant as inspiration and a guide for others towards positive change in their lives.

Clients he has worked for: LGD, LGR, UG, UM, OHP, MOPS, ROPS (within systemic projects, PO KL, ESF, FIO and others), Progesteron Festiwal Dojrzewali Róż, Fundacja Świat Dzieciom, the penitentiary facilities in Kraków and Głogów, ND Logistics, Pilkington, Wienkra, Delphi Kraków, Orlen, PKP, TP S.A., Gamrat.

At the foundation since 2020. He does the graphic work for projects such as Centrum Obywatelskiej Pomocy, Bezpieczna Przestrzeń, Power Bank, City NGO, Puls Puszczy, Qltura fest, Laboratorium Nowych Technologii and Coworking.

He has 12 years of experience as a graphic designer. He has worked with brands including Lotnisko Chopina, Relay, Inmedio, Chief’s, SO!coffe, Lagardere, Makita and G2A Arena.

Privately, a father of two and a collector of old Apple equipment.

My adventure with Fundacja Q began when I took part in an e-marketing course run by the foundation. I now handle recruitment, run digital-skills training, work as a CBI registration officer, and coordinate work at the Nowa Dęba office.

I hold a second-cycle degree in managerial economics and in internal security. I have great trust in animals and nature. Photographing flora and fauna gives me a lot of joy. I try to stay physically active: cycling, running, water sports, the gym and horse riding are all familiar to me.

I have worked at the foundation since June 2022. I am a graduate of the Rzeszów University of Technology — a master’s degree in management. I am involved in IT training projects and in the aid project run with IOM. When needed, I also handle technical and logistical matters. Day to day I work at the office in Nowa Dęba. Privately I am interested in various sports; in my free time I cycle, hike in the mountains, run and go to the gym.

Projects I am involved in: Czas na nowe kwalifikacje, the rally of vehicles powered by Dezamet engines, St@rt w IT, Recykling Wspiera, the support project in cooperation with IOM, Ukraina IT needs.

At Fundacja Q she is responsible for work related to the “Kuchnia z sercem” food truck. She also takes part in other Foundation initiatives, including courses and workshops. She is particularly at home in culinary work and in working with intergenerational groups.

She works very well with people and builds relationships easily with both children and seniors. She is open, communicative and responsible, and she readily joins initiatives that bring the local community together.
