The “Kuchnia z Sercem” food truck is run by Fundacja Q as part of our social enterprise. We bring together local flavours, Lasowiak tradition and contemporary food service.

Our speciality is sandwiches made with proziaki — traditional Subcarpathian flour flatbreads with soda, once called “proza”. We serve them hot, with different fillings. The offer also includes zapiekanki, cheese pancakes, coffee and other drinks.

A taste with roots

“Kuchnia z Sercem” draws on the culinary heritage of the Lasowiacy. We want to show that regional cooking can be authentic, appealing and served in a contemporary form.

For us, proziaki are more than a menu item — they are a starting point for talking about the traditions, history and culture of Podkarpacie.

We go where something good is happening

The food truck can serve festivals, picnics, harvest festivals, community events and other outdoor gatherings. We started during CieszFanów Rock Festiwal in Cieszanów, and have since taken part in further local and regional events.

We usually operate at the military training ground in Nowa Dęba, but we stay mobile and can appear elsewhere too.

Standing location: by national road DK9, parking at ul. ks. Henryka Łagockiego 52, 39-460 Nowa Dęba. Open daily, 7:00–18:00.

Cooking workshops

We run workshops where participants learn about proziaki and how to make them. The sessions combine cooking, tasting and a story about regional tradition.

They can be an offer for schools and organised groups, children and young people, participants in local events, people interested in regional cooking, and institutions looking for an educational activity. Programme, price, dates and travel are agreed individually.
