Request for quotations: purchase of storage and utility containers for the newly established Civic Assistance Center

On behalf of Fundacja Q, based in Nowa Dęba, 39-460, ul. Jana Pawła II 4; KRS 0000738025, NIP 8672245427, we invite all suppliers to submit quotations for the purchase of storage and utility containers for the newly established E. Kwiatkowski Civic Assistance Center, financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage under the Patriotic Fund. Project title: “E. Kwiatkowski Civic Assistance Center - infrastructure”.
Please note that the procedure may end without selecting an offer if the submitted prices exceed the estimated budget.
Description of the order
- Shipping containers: 2 units; dimensions 3.00 x 6.00 x 2.8 m; used; with the option to connect to electrical installation.
- Office container: 1 unit; dimensions 3.00 x 6.00 x 2.8 m; used; with the option to connect to electrical installation; with a vestibule and office space heated by gas or electricity; thermally insulated; at least 1 window.
- Sanitary container: 1 unit; dimensions 3.00 x 6.00 x 2.8 m; used; equipped with 2 toilets, 2 urinals, 2 showers, 1 long sink with 4 taps, and a boiler; with the option to connect to electrical installation and water.
Payment terms: payment by bank transfer or cash on the basis of a handover protocol for the subject of the order and an invoice or bill. In the case of cash payment, written confirmation of receipt signed by an authorized person is required.
Delivery deadline: one week (7 days) from the date of signing the contract.

No quotation form is required. It is sufficient to provide the net and gross price for each listed container.
Offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
The supplier may amend or withdraw its offer before the submission deadline.
