6 August - literary meeting with Wojciech Bonowicz

Wojciech Bonowicz is a poet and publicist, a long-time contributor to Tygodnik Powszechny and Znak. He has published several poetry collections, essay books, interviews, biographies, and children’s books. His recent publication at that time was Dziennik konca swiata from 2019.

8 August - Charity Feast with Bielowianki

We are planning a shared evening of singing and feasting, with all proceeds going to support Krzysztof. The day starts in the morning with a scrap metal and e-waste collection coordinated by Andrzej Kolodziej. In the afternoon we invite everyone to the School / Museum of Stories, where the charity gathering with Bielowianki will take place, outdoors if the weather allows. 11 August - ZOLC concert in Rozalin

ZOLC is an electronic duo from Tarnobrzeg created by Arek Stoklosa and Martyna Gawlik. Participants in the Kayax My Name Is New project and finalists of the Im Memoriam competition at the Grzegorz Ciechowski Festival, they describe their music as TUPANKOCHILL: a combination of electronic sound, Polish lyrics, subtlety, wildness, and imagined creation. 15-18 August - Cieszanow Rock Festival

You will find us there in the City NGO zone, where there will be many artists, workshops, and events. Visitors will be able to take part in:

• cooking, handicraft, recycling, sculpture, and painting workshops,
• interpersonal workshops run by animators, mentors, and trainers,
• activities supporting ecology, integration, and accessible creative work.

1 September - gathering of fans of vehicles powered by Dezamet engines

No vehicle enthusiast should miss this. If you own such a vehicle, are passionate about them, or simply love the atmosphere, you should be there. The gathering will also include a picnic, an antiques fair, themed presentations, artistic performances, and a moped parade.

7-8 September - Wedrowiec travel festival

As part of the festival there will be a travel-song review, road films, a tourism products fair, talks, meetings, gatherings, and concerts.

12 September - Digital Academy for Seniors, year one recruitment

This is a fully free project for residents of Rozalin and the Municipality of Nowa Deba. It is intended for people who can already turn on a computer. Classes will take place once a month, in groups of up to 15 people, with registration decided by the order of applications.

Participants will learn how to create an email account, shop online, stay safe on the internet, run social media, edit photographs, and sell things online.

13 September - Henry No Hurry

Henry No Hurry is a project that is part music, part travel, and part writing. Since 2017 it has played in more than 100 venues across several countries, including Germany, Ukraine, Switzerland, Latvia, and Estonia.

24 September - Ragnar Olafsson from Iceland

Ragnar Olafsson is a versatile musician, multi-instrumentalist, and composer from Iceland. He has co-founded several bands, released many albums, and performed music ranging from jazz and opera to folk, pop, rock, and metal. His best-known group is Arstidir. In 2016 he launched his solo project, this time in a calmer singer-songwriter, folk, and alt-country style.

September - deer in the rut photography sessions

For seven years, Deer in the Rut has been a series of photography sessions in the Sandomierz Forest. Every autumn the forest echoes with the primal sound of rutting deer, and we invite nature lovers to take part in this spectacle.

September to June - Rafał Potocki Social Academy of Journalism

The Rafał Potocki Social Academy of Journalism 2019/2020 will run stationary classes in Rozalin from September to June, every last weekend of the month, on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 17:00. The programme combines theory and practice in photography, photo editing, journalism for press, radio and TV, topic development, material preparation, social media as an independent medium, ethics, and more.

The classes are led by practitioners and journalists from Polish radio, the press, and local television.
