Training for Volunteers and Volunteer Coordinators

As part of our partnership with the Solidarity Corps and the National Freedom Institute, we invite all interested volunteers and volunteer coordinators to join further training sessions focused on volunteering.

For volunteers

On 7 December 2022, from 12:00 to 15:00, we invite you to a training session titled “How to Find Your Place in a Growing Group?” The event will take place online via Microsoft Teams and will be led by Marcin Kurnik, President and co-founder of Fundacja Q.

During the session, we will discuss how to find your place in a growing group from a volunteer’s perspective and which tools are useful when working in a rapidly developing team.

Participation is free and open to everyone.

For volunteer organisers and coordinators

On 8 December 2022, from 12:00 to 15:00, we will hold a training session for organisers and people coordinating volunteer activities titled “How to Function in a Growing Group? Dynamic Organisational Growth”. The event will also take place online via Microsoft Teams and will be led by Marcin Kurnik, President and co-founder of Fundacja Q, and recipient of the Leaders Pro Bono Coalition award for competence volunteering.

During the training, we will talk about coordinating a rapidly developing team from the perspective of a volunteer organiser. We will cover challenges and practical solutions that can support organisational growth and help coordinate volunteer activities during times of rapid change.
