The Volunteer Gala “Napędzamy do działania” is a Fundacja Q event for people, groups and organisations engaged in civic life. The programme includes awards, conversations about volunteering, presentations of initiatives and artistic events.
The first meeting took place at the Museum of Stories. In 2021 a county gala was held at the Tarnobrzeg Cultural Centre. Since 2022 later editions have taken place at the Municipal Cultural Centre in Nowa Dęba.

Conversations and awards
We give the floor to people and communities who have experience, concrete stories and real results from their work. Awards go to those who not only do a lot of good, but also bring others along.
The human, informal side
Conversations after the official part, meetings of people with a similar sensibility, moments of emotion, music and the presence of partners. Because of that the gala is not only a ceremony, but a living meeting of people who want to do something good.

Volunteers who give their time to others — in schools, organisations, rescue units and local initiatives.
Groups and initiatives
Informal neighbourhood groups, interest circles and spontaneous initiatives that work without large structures, but with great energy and an effect on their community.
Non-governmental organisations
Associations, foundations and institutions that make space for volunteering and strengthen civic engagement in their communities.

On the programme: the “Napędzamy do działania” awards, panels on local communities (including the “Moc Małych Społeczności” panel) and international volunteering, a concert by Anielskie Grajki, and a Mobile Accessibility Centre run by Centrum CREO.
