IT Needs was a Fundacja Q project developed with HP, Microsoft, Theirworld, and the Global Business Coalition for Education. The Foundation received 1,400 new HP laptops for education and aid.
Equipment was passed on to schools, organisations, and communities in Poland and Ukraine. Documentation mentions, among other places, Tarnowska Wola, Cieszanów, Tuszyma, Szczecin, Zochcin, Chortkiv, Horodok, and Dnipro.
The project was separate from Eco Tech Lab. Eco Tech Lab refurbished used equipment; IT Needs distributed new laptops obtained from partners.
Continued use of some of the devices does not mean the project is still running.
