About the project

The intercultural mediation project focuses on building dialogue between different communities in Poland. We are leaders in mediation with the Roma community and create effective cooperation models.

Activities

Mediator training

We prepare professional cultural mediators who can work at the intersection of different cultures and traditions.

Direct mediation

We conduct mediations in conflict situations between communities, local governments, and non-governmental organizations.

Cooperation models

We create and implement proven intercultural cooperation models that can be used throughout Poland.

Results

The project ended successfully. Most conflicts were resolved, and the cooperation models created are being used by other organizations.
