We strengthen organisations from Podkarpackie Province: diagnosis, training, digitalisation and a cooperation network. Free participation.
The project “Podkarpackie organizacje na 5+” (FEPK.07.08-IP.01-0028/25) is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus and implemented by Fundacja Akademia Rozwoju under the regional programme European Funds for Podkarpackie 2021–2027
Who is it for?

- Your organisation operates in Podkarpackie Province
- You are an NGO – association, foundation or similar non-profit
- You do not operate for profit and are independent of public authorities
- You are eligible for de minimis aid

You can register board members, staff, collaborators and volunteers.
Accessibility
We offer support tailored to participants’ needs, including people with disabilities.
What we offer
Advisory, workshops, cross-sector meetings and 60 hours of training per person. Plus equipment support.
Individual advisory – "organisational X-ray"
4 hours of advisory per NGO
Two meetings (2 × 2h) examining key areas of your organisation’s work.
- management and structure

- human resources and volunteering
- cooperation with your environment
- digitalisation needs
Outcome: diagnosis and recommendations for further support – including choice of training and equipment.
Workshops for your organisation
4 hours of workshops per NGO
Two small-group meetings (2 × 2h) for your organisation’s team only – in person or online.
- law and documentation (e.g. statute, resolutions, GDPR)
- project accounting and grant settlement
- leadership and management mentoring
- volunteer development, social economy, donor database
Topics tailored individually based on the diagnosis.
Cross-sector meetings
3 full-day events
Workshop-conference events for 130 people from NGOs and representatives of local government, business and public institutions.

- joint recommendations for the region
A report will be produced – a guide on how to build relationships between sectors.
60 hours of training per person
10 sessions of 6 teaching hours each
Each participant takes part in workshops scheduled 2–3 times a week at convenient times.

Digitalisation and equipment
We support organisations with concrete equipment and by developing teams’ digital skills.
Equipment support
up to 3,500 PLN gross per organisation
Each of the 65 organisations can receive funding for essential equipment (under de minimis aid).

IT workshops
24 hours of training per person
Dedicated IT workshops in small groups.
- 13 groups of 10 people – small-group work
- topics matched to participants’ level and needs
- tools for project and data management
- safe use of online tools and new technologies
At the end – verification of acquired skills and confirmation of results.
Thematic forum after the project
A thematic forum for organisations in the region – with NGO profiles, communication and announcements area, and an admin panel with different permission levels. The platform will be accessible (high contrast, simple navigation, easy-to-read text).
Where and when?
The programme covers all of Podkarpackie Province. We run activities in person and online to make it easier for organisations across the region to take part.

How to register your organisation?
Recruitment is via an application form and a short justification. One person applies on behalf of the organisation.

Frequently asked questions
Is participation in the programme free?
Yes. Participation is free. Support (training, advisory, equipment) is provided under de minimis aid.
How many people from my organisation can take part?
Two people per organisation (130 participants from 65 NGOs in total). They can be board members, staff, volunteers or collaborators.
Is the programme accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes. We provide adapted support. At least 3 people with disabilities take part in the project. The NGO5+ thematic forum is accessible (high contrast, simple navigation).
In what language are the trainings conducted?
Trainings are conducted in Polish.
When will I know if my organisation has been selected?
After the call closes we will contact selected organisations about next steps and the training schedule.
