How it worked (historically)
Support involved registration and eligibility verification. Payments were executed via MoneyGram (archived registration window 19 Sep–5 Oct 2022) and via bank transfers (archived registration window 26 Sep–5 Oct 2022).
Project status
In 2022 the registration limit (10k+ people) was reached and yearly funds were exhausted — registration was suspended.
